    Tianjin Jingcheng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (known as JCMT), registered in Tianjin Dongli economy development zone, is a hi-tech enterprise, specialized in CNC gear machinery research, development and manufacture. It is an important manufacturing base of CNC gear machines in China. The company is a member of China Gear Manufacturing Association and American Gear Manufacturers Association.
    JCMT is famous for its YH60 series spiral bevel gear generator, YH9150 spiral bevel gear lapping machine, YH93 series pointing machine and the auxiliary equipment. In recent years, JCMT has shown a very strong ability in developing new product, such as YH603G (the first CNC linear coordinate spiral bevel gear generator in China), YH6016 (the largest CNC spiral bevel gear generator in China with max dia. 1600mm) and YH9150 (the first CNC spiral bevel gear lapping machine in China with advanced digital control system). The annual outputs of YH603 and YH93 series have been the top of China for many years. The company has developed over forty different kinds of machines so far. Over 1,400 machines have sold to both domestic and international market, including USA, Italy, Germany, Finland, Korea, Japan, Iran, Taiwan etc.
    With its excellent ability in manufacture and the strong power in technology, JCMT has draw huge attention and got strong support from the government. Its project, heavy CNC spiral bevel gear machinery set industrialization, became one of “the 20 most important self-develop projects” in Tianjin. By implement this project, JCMT would have a great break through in both software development and processing technology. Following last year, the company presented the new internal cylindrical gear milling machine with capability up to Φ2500mm. This provides key equipment for the wind power generation area. Afterwards，Chinese first extended epicycloids gear and small model spiral bevel gear grinding machine have successfully tested.
